Jeanne Beker is one of fashion's most recognizable people, and for good reason! I personally admire her because of her ability to stay grounded among all the glamour and gossip. She's an amazing journalist, but she also has great respect for herself. I remember times when she absolutely refused to run after Paris Hilton to get an interview, and when she talked about how degrading it was to fight for interviews...all these instances show that, in essence, she's just like the rest of us.
So when I heard that she came out with her own line of clothing for The Bay, called Edit, I had to check it out (yes, I know this is old news). Although the Edit line is not targeted at my age group, I was curious to see what she would come up with.
Every piece is crisp, clean and classic. In other words, very much like Jeanne's own personal style. The Edit line is great for women who are looking for classy office wear, or women who just want perfect wardrobe staples. Basically, this line is something Paris Hilton would never wear, and that in itself is a bonus.

I have to say that I didn't know a lot of things about Jeanne Beker, I knew her as "fashion reporter" but not anything more. By the way, I spent some times to see some of her looks (on google) and I believe, in the end, that these outfit are interesting. In fact, now that I know better her style I believed that this clothes reflects her style and the fourth pic of the collection, the camel coat, is just amazing!

I like this girls style, very simple, yet stylish and elegant, classy and almost semi formal. I do not blame her for not wanting to be in with Paris Hilton!
