Chanel Eye Candy
I'm skipping a model feature for today, but for the ladies out there, I doubt you'll blame me! I just had time to watch Chanel's Pre-Fall 2011 collection (which was amazing), and I'm assuming many other fashion bloggers have already covered the collection for you, so I'm not going to focus on the collection this time. I will, however, dedicate a bit of blog space to Baptiste Giabiconi.
I've said this before, but I always look forward to seeing him on the Chanel runway. No matter what Karl Lagerfeld puts him in, he manages to look gorgeous anyway (a faux-fur bodysuit? No problem!). The day he is no longer Lagerfeld's favourite male model will be a sad day.
If you watch the beginning of this video here, you'll see a little smirk he does that will melt your heart. But if he isn't your type, I have no doubt that the clothes will make up for it.

I love Baptiste Giabiconi nad I believe that the menswear clothes realized by Lagerfeld, Chanel, are amazing. The knitwear and the pants draw amazing shapes on the men body and it's sad that it's not possible to buy them!

ReplyDelete@Antonia: The clothes and the overall style are very nice, and I would commend any man that is able to pull it off. The shoes are the only thing I really don't like. But if you you're asking if I would find this style attractive on men, then no. Fashionable, yes; attractive, no.

There was a lovely mix of rich gold tones, sequined details, heavy necklaces and cuffs, and amazing hair and eye makeup. And of course Baptiste is amazing!!
