Hot Grad Trends 2011

My grad trend article has finally been posted online, and so I'm just going to give you a quick look (with a couple of things whited-out, as I would like to keep where I live private).  The layout was obviously nicer in print, but all the photos shown were the ones used in the magazine (I did not choose them, by the way).
The majority of writing is pretty much the same as what I posted earlier on this blog, but of course, it's written from a more journalistic approach.

And I just received great news today!  I have been assigned another article!  This time, I'm in charge of the Spring Trend Report.  Got any ideas for what Spring's hottest trends are?

Note: Because I have final exams this month, as well as a truckload of projects to work on, I will most likely not be blogging for the majority of January.  See you all in February!

  2. Wow! This is so cool that you're published. Great article! Even though you didn't choose the pics, I really like the center dress. Good luck for the next piece, a spring trend might be rompers, although those were kind of last year's big thing. http://thearcenciel.blogspot.com/

  5. I'm really happy that you psoted the article and you receive another one :) (I suggest you the trend of "stripes" [Watanabe], maximalism, as Miuccia said, of Prada: very easy shapes but very improtant prints; and in the end the fluo color [sander, menswear and womenswear] and the structured pant/jackets [margiela, Sander])

I return to speak fo yoru article: I find it very interesting and I agree at least all youw rote, I hope that you'll apss the examd that you are doing and that you can return as soon as possible to post :)

    Bye,
    Edoardo.

  22. Thanks for the spring trend suggestions! They definitely helped me out!

@stylemefab: I don't actually know! But I wouldn't be surprised if it were Marchesa!

@Clare: Haha! I highly doubt that's going to be happening in the future.

@M: Don't worry! I've added her to my ever-expanding list. Just be patient, she'll be featured!
